(1) The Government of Nepal may issue orders and make rules from time to time to implement the purpose of this Act.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of the rights given by sub-section (1), in particular, the following matters may be provided for in those orders and regulations -
(a) Appointing officers under this Act.
(b) Details to be disclosed in the application for registering the name with the agent.
(c) Format of Confession.
(d) Forms to be filed to register the name with the agent.
(e) The period of working as an agent, its renewal and the application to be filed for renewal.
(f) The time and format of the declaration of the goods received, sold and in stock and their prices should be filed with the designated authority by the registered agent.
(g) The procedure for making some amendments and additions to the details given in accordance with sub-section (1) of section 4 or to manipulate the confession made in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 4, and
(h) The procedure when the registered agent has to increase or decrease the rate price according to the distribution filed by him in accordance with section 5.
